Q. Are you a hotel?

. No, our apartments are fully furnished rental apartments

Q. Is there tax on furnished apartments?
A
. A sales tax (VAT) of 6% is applicable.

Q. What is included in the apartment rent?
A. All prices include utilities, weekly cleaning, end cleaning and linen service.

Q. How are the apartments equipped?
A. The kitchens are fully equipped. Bedrooms and baths are supplied with linens and towels. Furthermore, there is television, internet connection, DVD player, direct dial telephone, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and a washer/dryer. A pull out sofa or roll away bed is available for occasional overnight guests in some apartments (at a budget charge).

Q. Is there housekeeping service?
A. Yes, weekly apartment cleaning and linen service is included in the price. Additional services can be provided at request and will be charged separately.

Q. Is parking or a private parking garage available?
A. Some of our apartments are located in the free parking zone, other apartments located in paid parking zones where you can buy a day-ticket from the parking machine.

Q. Are pets allowed?
A. No, pets are not allowed.

Q. Is there air conditioning in the apartments?
A. There is no air conditioning. Only central heating system because of the cold weather we have in Holland.

Q. How do I get the keys to the apartment?
A. Prior to your arrival we ask you to confirm your arrival time with us.
